You must be 21 years of age or older to create an aaaph account and access any gambling services. Philippine law and PAGCOR regulations strictly prohibit underage gambling. Age is verified through mandatory KYC before withdrawals are processed.
Each player may hold only one aaaph account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity conducted under your account. Sharing accounts or creating duplicate registrations is strictly prohibited.
All transactions at aaaph are processed in Philippine Pesos (PHP). Deposits via GCash, Maya, and Philippine bank transfers are subject to minimum amounts. Withdrawals require completed KYC verification and are subject to the terms of any active bonus wagering requirements.

These Terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Disputes arising from the use of aaaph services shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of the Republic of the Philippines, with PAGCOR regulatory authority acknowledged throughout.
Important Notice: These Terms and Conditions constitute a legally binding agreement between you and aaaph. If you do not agree to any part of these terms, you must immediately cease use of the aaaph platform and close your account. Continued use of aaaph services constitutes acceptance of these terms in their entirety.
These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") are issued by aaaph ("the Company," "we," "us," or "our") and govern the access to and use of the aaaph online casino and sports betting platform available at aaaph.bio ("the Platform" or "aaaph"). These Terms apply to all registered users ("you," "the Player," or "Account Holder") of the Platform, including players accessing aaaph from anywhere in the Philippines.

⛔ Strict Age Requirement: You must be at least 21 years of age to register an account and use any gambling services at aaaph. This requirement is mandated by PAGCOR regulations and Philippine law governing online gaming. Underage gambling is illegal and strictly prohibited.
To be eligible to hold an aaaph account and access gambling services on the Platform, you must satisfy all of the following conditions at the time of registration and at all subsequent times while your account remains active:
aaaph reserves the right to conduct age and identity verification checks at any point during your account lifecycle. Players who are found to have misrepresented their age or identity will have their accounts immediately suspended, all winnings will be voided, and any deposits held pending investigation may be confiscated in accordance with applicable law.
Each individual may hold only one registered account with aaaph. Duplicate accounts ("multi-accounting") are strictly prohibited. If aaaph determines that a player has registered multiple accounts — whether under the same name, the same device, the same payment method, or the same IP address — aaaph reserves the right to suspend all associated accounts, void all winnings and bonus funds across those accounts, and retain deposits pending an investigation in accordance with aaaph's anti-money laundering procedures.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your aaaph account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to notify aaaph immediately if you become aware of any unauthorized access to your account. aaaph will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorized account access where you have failed to maintain reasonable security over your login credentials.
You must ensure that all personal information associated with your aaaph account — including your full legal name, date of birth, address, and payment details — is accurate and kept up to date at all times. aaaph may require you to verify updates to personal information before processing transactions.
Accounts that have had no login activity for a period of twelve (12) consecutive months may be classified as inactive. aaaph may apply an inactivity fee of ₱100 per month to inactive accounts. You will be notified by email before any inactivity fee is applied. Any remaining balance at the time inactivity fees are applied will not fall below zero — the balance will be reduced to zero and no further fee will be charged.
In compliance with PAGCOR regulations and the Philippine Anti-Money Laundering Act (Republic Act No. 9160, as amended), aaaph is required to verify the identity of all account holders before processing withdrawals. KYC verification requires you to submit:
KYC documents are reviewed within 24–48 business hours of submission. aaaph may request additional documentation if the initial submission is insufficient to complete verification. All documents submitted are processed in accordance with the aaaph Privacy Policy and the requirements of the Data Privacy Act of 2012.
aaaph reserves the right to suspend withdrawal privileges — and, in cases of suspected fraud, deposit privileges — pending completion of KYC verification. Failure to complete KYC within 90 days of a withdrawal request being placed may result in the withdrawal request being cancelled.
All financial transactions on the aaaph Platform are denominated in Philippine Pesos (PHP / ₱). aaaph accepts deposits via the following payment methods: GCash, Maya (formerly PayMaya), QR Ph, GrabPay, BPI Online, BDO Online, and Metrobank Online.
All transactions are processed in Philippine Pesos. aaaph does not accept foreign currency deposits and does not process cryptocurrency transactions. Any attempt to deposit in a foreign currency may result in the transaction being declined or reversed.

Note on Bonus Funds: Real money funds and bonus funds in your wallet are tracked separately. Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements before they can be converted to withdrawable real money. The total wallet balance displayed may include both real money and non-withdrawable bonus funds.
All bonuses and promotions offered by aaaph — including Welcome Bonuses, reload bonuses, free spins, cashback offers, and loyalty tier rewards — are subject to the specific terms and conditions published for each individual offer. In the event of any conflict between the general Terms and Conditions and the specific terms of a promotion, the specific promotion terms shall prevail with respect to that promotion.
Bonus funds are subject to wagering requirements (also referred to as "rollover" or "playthrough") before they may be withdrawn. The applicable wagering requirement for each bonus is stated in the individual promotion terms. Unless otherwise specified: (a) the Welcome Bonus is subject to a 20x rollover on the combined deposit and bonus amount; (b) slot games typically contribute 100% to wagering requirements; (c) live dealer games typically contribute 10–20%; (d) sports betting may contribute at varying rates as specified per promotion.
aaaph employs monitoring systems to detect bonus abuse, including but not limited to: creating multiple accounts to claim bonuses, coordinated play between accounts, placing low-risk bets to satisfy wagering requirements (known as "bonus laundering"), and other strategies designed to circumvent the spirit of bonus terms. Where bonus abuse is detected, aaaph reserves the right to void bonus funds, void winnings derived from bonus funds, and suspend or permanently close the account.
The aaaph Loyalty Program operates on a tier-based structure (Bronze, Silver, Gold, Diamond). Tier qualification and benefits are subject to the aaaph Loyalty Program terms, which form part of these Terms and Conditions. Loyalty points are non-transferable, have no cash value until converted in accordance with program rules, and expire in accordance with tier-specific rules. aaaph reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Loyalty Program at any time with reasonable notice to affected players.
All games available on the aaaph Platform operate according to published game rules accessible within the game interface. Random Number Generator (RNG) games use certified RNG technology audited by independent third-party testing laboratories to ensure fairness. Live dealer games are conducted by trained human dealers in professional studio environments and streamed in real time.
In the event of a technical malfunction, disconnection, or system error during a game, aaaph's records of the game outcome shall be definitive. aaaph is not liable for bets or game outcomes affected by third-party technical failures, including telecommunications outages, internet service provider disruptions, or device failures on the player's side.
All bets placed through the Platform are final once the game round has concluded. aaaph does not accept bet cancellations after a game round has commenced. In cases where bets are voided due to a verified system error, the stake will be returned to the player's account balance.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial purposes in accordance with these Terms.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, reverse engineer, decompile, or create derivative works from any content on the aaaph Platform without prior written consent from aaaph. Unauthorized use of aaaph intellectual property may constitute an infringement and subject you to civil or criminal liability.
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable Philippine law, aaaph shall not be liable for: (a) any loss of profits, loss of data, business interruption, or indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of or in connection with your use of the Platform; (b) any failure or delay in the performance of the Platform due to circumstances beyond aaaph's reasonable control, including telecommunications failures, internet outages, or acts of God; (c) any errors in game outcomes caused by third-party game provider systems, subject to aaaph's obligations to investigate and resolve verified errors.
aaaph's total cumulative liability to any individual player in connection with any claim arising from these Terms shall not exceed the total net deposits made by that player to aaaph in the 12-month period preceding the event giving rise to the claim, excluding any winnings or bonus funds.
aaaph reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at any time, with or without prior notice, where aaaph has reasonable grounds to believe that: (a) the player has violated these Terms or any applicable law; (b) the player's account has been compromised or is subject to unauthorized access; (c) the player has engaged in fraudulent, abusive, or suspicious activity; or (d) it is necessary to comply with a regulatory requirement, court order, or law enforcement request.
Players may voluntarily close their aaaph account at any time by contacting the support team. Upon voluntary account closure, any real money balance in the account (net of any applicable inactivity fees and subject to completed KYC verification) will be returned to the player's registered withdrawal method within 10 business days.
aaaph reserves the right to amend these Terms and Conditions at any time. Material changes to these Terms will be communicated to registered players via email to the address on file and/or through a prominent notice on the Platform, with a minimum of 14 days' advance notice before the amended Terms take effect.
Your continued use of the aaaph Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the updated Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must cease using the Platform and close your account before the effective date of the amendment.
These Terms and Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any dispute arising out of or relating to these Terms, or the use of the aaaph Platform, shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the competent courts of the Republic of the Philippines.
Nothing in this clause shall limit aaaph's right to seek injunctive or other equitable relief in any jurisdiction where necessary to protect its intellectual property, confidential information, or to enforce any provision of these Terms.
The aaaph Platform operates in compliance with the regulatory authority of PAGCOR (Philippine Amusement and Gaming Corporation). Players acknowledge that PAGCOR may investigate complaints and disputes related to licensed online gaming activities in the Philippines.
